Choose RH if you bat right-handed and LH if you bat left-handed, because the extra side-wing protection is built onto the pad that covers your front leg. For size, strap the pads on over your whites and check three things: the knee roll should sit squarely over your kneecap, the top of the pad should reach roughly mid-thigh, and the bottom should rest on the top of your boot without digging into the laces. If the knee roll sits below your knee the pads are too big; if it rides up onto your thigh they are too small. Between sizes?
